Delaware State Police Sergeant Handing
Out Christian Tracts at Pagan Pride Day While
I was making the rounds of local Pagan Pride days doing presentations, two
incidents have come to light involving police agencies. One is the Lawton P.D. issue I mention in
another article in this newsletter.
The other involves the Delaware State Police. Amy Blackthorne, a local PPD organizer in
Delaware, informs me that Sergeant Willard of that police force showed up at
their Pagan Pride Day event this year to hand out Christian tracts. Amy reports: “I was so taken aback that even though he
came in ‘church clothes’ he made a point to growl at the people who wouldn't
take his literature, including security that he was ‘Sgt Willard of the
Delaware State police’ in a way that suggested that not taking his literature
could result in arrest. Kerr Cuhulain |
